I am writing to advocate for the provision of business cards for members of the Landlord Tenant Commission. While business cards may seem like a traditional or even outdated tool in the digital age, they continue to play a crucial role in fostering effective communication, networking, and professionalism, e specially in the context of the Landlord Tenant Commission.

Professional Image and Credibility:

Business cards are a tangible representation of professionalism. They lend credibility to the members of the Landlord Tenant Commission and create a p ositive first impression when engaging with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.

Protecting Personal Privacy:

Commission members, in their roles as public servants, often deal with sensitive and confidential
information.

Facilitates Outreach:

Commission
members frequently engage with various stakeholders such as community organizations and the general public. Business cards provide a convenient and professional means for members to exchange contact information during events, meetings, or outreach activities. This facilitates networking, encourages collaboration, and enhances the commission's ability to fulfill its mandate effectively.

Complements Digital Communication:

While digital communication tools are prevalent, business cards complement these methods by offering
a tangible, physical representation of contact details. This is especially valuable in situations
where digital devices may not be readily available or convenient. Additionally, the card serves as a reminder of the commission's existence a nd purpose.

In conclusion, the provision of business cards for members of the L andlord Tenant Commission is a simple yet effective investment in the commission's professional image, communication capabilities., and overall effectiveness.
