SUBJECT: Update to Resolution (Attachment 1) to Increase Cost to Bid Schedule No. 1508 for Providencia Sewer Improvement Project, Phase 2
Please note that an update was made to page 2 of the Resolution to address a discrepancy between it and the Fiscal Impact section of the Staff Report. Consistent with the Staff Report, the Resolution has been modified to recognize funding in the amount of $1,784,996.37 from 494.PW23C.15032.0000.19260.0000 Water Reclamation and Sewer Plant Operations & Maintenance Infrastructure Work - Sanitary Sewer Repairs/Upgrades , in addition to appropriating $2,183,367.35 from 494.ND000.30011.0000.000000.00000 Water Reclamation and Sewer Fund, Non- Departmental Assigned Fund Balance for a total of $3,968.363.72 for the subject construction work.
The updated attachment is a redline version of the Resolution and is referred to as Attachment 1 as noted above.
