A Special Closed Session Meeting of the City Council of the City of Burbank was held in the Council Chamber, 275 East Olive Avenue, on the above date. The meeting was called to order at 4:03 p.m. by Mayor Schultz.
Council Members Anthony (arrived 4:09 p.m.), Mullins, Takahashi, Vice- Mayor Perez, and Mayor Schultz.
