1 NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special City Council Meeting will be held at BURBANK WATER AND POWER IN THE ELECTRICAL SERVICES BUILDING AND COURTYARD - 320 NORTH LAKE STREET, on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 4:30 p.m., to discuss matters on the attached agenda.
Members of the public have the option to participate in the meeting in -person for General Public Comment. They may also submit their written comments by emailing the City Council directly at [email protected].
Interpretation Requests:
If you would like to participate in Public Comments and require an interpreter, please telephone the City Clerk’s Office at (818) 238-5851 at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.

Public Comment Options:
1. To speak during General Public Comment, members of the public may speak in- person in the Burbank Water and Power Electrical Services Building. Speaker time limits will be determined by the Presiding Officer, depending on how many public comment cards are received at the commencement of the public comment period (as shown below). Additional public comment cards will not be accepted once the public comment period commences. • 1 – 20 Total Speakers – 3 minutes each
• 21 – 39 Total Speakers – 2 minutes each
• 40+ Total Speakers – 1 minute each

3. The Presiding Officer has the discretion to reduce speaking time for each speaker , depending on the number of speakers, in order to ensure that City business can be completed.
