A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BURBANK AMENDING ARTICLE I , SECTION 14 AND
ARTICLE V, SECTION 10 OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025
CITYWIDE FEE SCHEDULE TO UPDATE AND AMEND THE
FEES RELATED TO PARKING FEES AND PARKING
VIOLATIONS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK RESOLVES:
1. Article I (MISCELLANEOUS), Section 14 (PARKING FEES), Subsection D (VALET OPERATOR) and Subsection F (PARKING METER ZONE 1) of the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Adopted Citywide Fee Schedule, are amended as shown on Exhibit “A” attached hereto.
2. Article V (PUBLIC SAFETY), Section 10 (PARKING VIOLATIONS) of the Fiscal Year 2024- 2025 Adopted Citywide Fee Schedule, is amended by adding the language as shown on Exhibit “B” attached hereto.
3. Effective Date. This Resolution shall only become effective upon the effective date of the ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK ADDING ARTICLE 30 TO CHAPTER 1 OF TITLE VI, OF THE BURBANK MUNICIPAL
CODE TO ESTABLISH A PARKING METER ZONE IN DOWNTOWN BURBANK , introduced on November 19, 2024, as may be amended.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 2024.
