1. Remove existing Olive Recreation
Center and replace with New
Olive Recreation Center – 28,000
SQ FT with 2 indoor basketball
courts / dual use volleyball courts,
instructional dance room, lobby,
multi-use classrooms,
administrative spaces, and
storage. Larger footprint building
will accommodate 20-30 staff
from the Community Services
Building to this location.

purpose rooms, raised stage,

Expand pedestrian walkways, preserve existing
trees and natural turf, enhance native shrub and
groundcover areas, provide exercise stations and
seating opportunities. Expand picnic / spectator
viewing areas and provide drinking fountains, bike
racks, trash cans, and site lighting.

Remove and replace free standing park
restrooms at playground and provide exterior
park restrooms at new Burbank Performing Arts
Center.
