A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BURBANK AMENDING ARTICLE III, SECTION 1 OF THE
FISCAL YEAR 202 5-2026 CITYWIDE FEE SCHEDULE TO
CLARIFY AND ADD THE FEES RELATED TO MINOR
MODIFICATIONS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS AND
ADMINISTRATIVE USE PERMITS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK RESOLVES:
1. Article III (LAND USE AND ZONING), Section 1 (ZONING PROCEDURES AND AMENDMENTS), Subsection A (Conditional Use Permits (CUP)) and Subsection I (Administrative Use Permits (AUP) and Other Administrative Permits) of the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Adopted Citywide Fee Schedule, are amended as shown on Exhibit “A” attached hereto.
2. Effective Date. Section 1 of this Resolution shall only become effective upon the effective date of AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK AMENDING TITLE 10 CHAPTER 1 (ZONING) OF THE BURBANK
MUNICIPAL CODE BY ESTABLISHING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND
ADMINISTRATIVE USE PERMIT MINOR MODIFICATION PROCESSES, CLARIFYING
THE PROCESS TO WITHDRAW LAND USE ENTITLEMENT APPLICATIONS, AND MAKING OTHER RELATED MINOR TEXT AMENDMENTS (“Ordinance”), introduced on June 3, 2025, as may be amended. If the Ordinance is not adopted or does not become effective on the 31
st day after the date of Ordinance adoption, the fee titled “CUP Modification” listed in Article III, Section 1, Subsection A(3) of the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Adopted Citywide Fee Schedule will be automatically repealed.
