CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

Call to Order:
A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Burbank was held in the Burbank Water and Power Electrical Services Building, 320 N. Lake Street, on the above date.
The meeting was called to order at 4:35 p.m. by Mayor Perez.
Flag Salute:
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Perez.
Roll Call:
Present: Council Member(s) Anthony, Mullins, Rizzotti, Vice Mayor Takahashi, and Mayor Perez
Absent: None
Also Present: City Manager Hess, City Attorney McDougall, and Administrative Officer Gamez
Mayor Perez indicated there would be one General Public Comment period at this afternoon’s meeting.
General Public Comment:
Appearing to comment was: None.
The City Council Meeting recessed at 4:38 p.m. and reconvened at 5:00 p.m.
Boards, Commissions, and Committees Recognition Reception (Courtyard) The Boards, Commissions, and Committees Recognition Reception was held in the Burbank Water and Power Ron E. Davis EcoCampus Courtyard, 320 N. Lake Street.
Mayor Perez recognized the members of the City of Burbank Boards, Commissions, and Committees, and Vice Mayor Takahashi made remarks.
Adjournment:
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was adjourned at 6:25 p.m. to Tuesday, October 28, 2025, for a Regular Meeting in the Council Chamber - 275 East Olive Avenue, Second Floor.
