Call to Order:
A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Burbank was held in the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank
Airport Convention Center, 2500 N. Hollywood Way, on the above date. The meeting was called to order at 11:15 a.m. by Mayor Perez.
Roll Call:
Present: Council Member(s) Anthony, Mullins, Rizzotti, Vice Mayor Takahashi, and Mayor Perez
Absent: None
Also Present: City Manager Hess, City Attorney McDougall, and City Clerk Clark General Public Comment:
Appearing to comment were: Cynthia Pease, Jim Lane, and Jessica Dolbear.
State of the City Address (Ballroom)
The State of the City Address was held in the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport Convention Center, 2500 N. Hollywood Way. Mayor Perez made remarks.
Adjournment:
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was adjourned at 1:30 p.m. to Tuesday, November 18, 2025, for a Regular Meeting in the Council Chamber – 275 East Olive Avenue, Second Floor.
