OPENING MATTERS
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Weintraub called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Weintraub; Mayor Pro Tem Kraut; and Councilmembers Albrecht, Bozajian and Shapiro
Staff: City Manager Meik ; City Attorney Summers; Chief Financial Officer Ahlers; and City Clerk Pope
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chief Financial Officer Ahlers.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION
Councilmember Shapiro moved and Mayor Pro Tem Kraut seconded a motion to approve the agenda. The motion carried unanimously.

CONSENT CALENDAR
The Consent Calendar consisted of the following item:

MOTION
Councilmember Albrecht moved and Councilmember Shapiro seconded a motion to approve the agenda. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
2. Adoption of Resolution No. 2024-1915, Levying Special Taxes Within the City of Calabasas Community Facilities District No. 98 -1, Special Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2018; And Adoption of Resolution No. 2024 -1916, Levying Special Taxes Within the City of Calabasas Community Facilities District No. 2001-1, Special Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2017
Chief Financial Officer Alhers presented the staff report.
MOTION
Mayor Pro Tem Kraut moved and Councilmember Shapiro seconded a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2024 -1915 levying special taxes within the City of Calabasas Community Facilities District No. 98 -1, Special Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2018; and adopt Resolution No. 2024-1916 levying special taxes within the City of Calabasas Community Facilities District No. 2001-1, Special Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2017 . The motion carried unanimously.

Mayor Weintraub adjourned the meeting at 2:04 p.m.
