Authorize the City Manager to Sign Notice of Completion for Adrian C. Cordova Memorial Park Restrooms.
Background:
On April 21, 2021, the City Council of the City of Calexico authorized the City Manager to purchase restrooms for Adrian C. Cordova Memorial Park in the amount of $303,901.37 from Romtec, Inc. under BuyBoard National Cooperative Purchase Agreement.
Discussion & Analysis:
On November 26, 2021, Romtec, Inc. completed the installation of restroom at Adrian C. Cordova Memorial Park, therefore Public Works staff is recommending that the City Council of the City of Calexico authorize the City Manager to file Notice of Completion for said project.
Fiscal Impact:
No fiscal impact at this time.
