Accept minutes for Library Board of Trustees meeting held on June 8, 2022 Background:
Library Manager shall prepare minutes of the Library Board of Trustees meetings and present to the Library Board for approval. Once approved, a copy of the signed minutes is submitted for Council ratification.
Discussion & Analysis:
Attached minutes of the Library Board of Trustees for meeting of June 8, 2022 have been approved by the Library Board and signed by Chair Duron for ratification by Council.

6:30 p.m.
CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Chair Duron at 6:32 p.m.

APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA:
• Mrs. Legaspi made a correction to the next meeting date to November 7, 2022. On motion by Vice-Chair Alarcon, seconded by Trustee Espino. The agenda was approved with the date update.

CONSENT ITEMS:
On motion by Chair Duron and seconded by Vice-Chair Alarcon. The minutes from meeting held on May 3, 2021, were approved as delivered.
