Discussion and Analysis
City Staff have worked with a lighting company to obtain the breakdown of the much needed repairs in the downtown business district. Due to the estimated cost exceeding the City Manager's purchasing limit of $24,999, the City is required to go out for bid. The City is therefore seeking discussion for bid funding opportunities of approximately $50,000 and a recommendation from the BID on a matching funding to assist with the cost of the entire project. The current balance of the BID Fund is $ 19,400. Staff will be submitting a request to the City Council for ARPA funding for the balance of the amount needed to fully fund the project.
