Recommendation:
Removal of Business Improvement District Appointee by Council Member Gilberto Manzanarez and request to advertise vacancy.
Background:
At the council meeting of March 15, 2023 Council Member Manzanarez appointed Mr. Raul Ureña Sr. to the Business Improvement District.
Discussion and Analysis:
Mr. Manzanarez has since requested to place an item on the agenda to remove his appointee due to Mr. Ureña holding public office on the Heffernan Memorial Healthcare Board.
