Recommendation:
Authorize the City Manager to Sign Notice of Completion for the Reconstruction of Restrooms at Enrique Camarena Memorial Library.
Background:
On November 22, 2022, the City Council of the City of Calexico award the bid proposal from A & N Quality Builders, Inc. in the amount of $178,000.00 and authorized the City Manager to sign Construction Agreement for the Reconstruction of Restrooms at Enrique Camarena Memorial Library.
Discussion & Analysis:
On April 25, 2023, A & N Quality Builders, Inc. completed the restrooms; therefore, Public Works staff is recommending that the City Council of the City of Calexico authorize the City Manager to file Notice of Completion for said project.
Fiscal Impact:
No fiscal impact at this time.
