A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALEXICO
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXCECUTE GRANT APPLICATION,
GRANT AGREEMENT AND/OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENTATION PERTAINING TO
THE ORGANIZED RETAIL THEFT PREVENTION GRANT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023/2024.
WHEREAS:
A. The City of Calexico is eligible to receive State funding through the Organized Retail Theft Prevention Grant Program for Fiscal Year 2023/2024.
B. Grant application, grant agreement, and/or any other documentation need to be executed for the Organized Retail Theft Prevention Grant Program C. The City Council of the City of Calexico wishes to delegate authorization to the City Manager to execute grant application, grant agreement and/or any documentation pertaining to the Organized Retail Theft Prevention Grant Program
NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALEXICO HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Manager be authorized to execute grant application, grant agreement and/or any documentation pertaining to the Organized Retail Theft Prevention Grant Program for Fiscal Year 2023/2024.
