Recommendation:
Authorize the City Manager to sign Notice of Completion for Public Works Yard Breakroom Roof Replacement Project.
Background:
On April 20, 2023, the City Council of the City of Calexico authorized the City Manager to sign Agreement of Professional Services with Pacific Builders & Roofing Inc., dba: WSP Roofing in the amount of $87,000.00 for Public Works Yard Breakroom Roof Replacement Project.
Discussion and Analysis:
On April 18, 2024, Pacific Builders & Roofing Inc., dba: WSP Roofing completed Public Works Yard Breakroom Roof Replacement Project. Public Works staff is recommending that the City Council of the City of Calexico authorize the City Manager to file a Notice of Completion for said project.
Fiscal Impact:
No fiscal impact at this time.
