NOTE: (Not to Exceed 3 Minutes) This is the time for the public to address the City Council on the Special Agenda Items only. The Mayor will recognize you and when you come to the microphone, please state your name and place of residence for the record. While members of the public are encouraged to participate, it is unlawful to disturb or delay the Council meeting with personal or slanderous remarks. Group Commenters may be requested to limit their group comments to 15 minutes. The City Council is prohibited by State law from taking action or discussing items not included on the printed agenda. Please direct your questions and comments to the City Council.
DISCUSSION ITEM
1. Status of the Hearthstone Development and Community Facilities District No. 2005-1 of the City of Calexico (Hearthstone) 2006 Special Tax Bonds Townhall Community Outreach Concerns.
NOTICE: The City Council will take no substantive votes at the Town Hall. The City Council may give general direction to Acting City Manager. The City Council may schedule some topics for more detailed discussion at a future City Council Meeting.
