CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are to be considered routine by the City Council/Calexico Community Redevelopment Agency Successor Agency or Calexico Financing Authority and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed. Any item may be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered separately by the City Council.
5. Approval of City Council/Calexico Community Redevelopment Agency Successor Agency/Calexico Finance Authority Minutes for meeting of June 20, 2024 and June 26, 2024.
DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ITEMS
6. Adopt Budget Amendment Resolution for FY 2024-25 Authorizing the Addition of a Full-Time In-House City Attorney and Fund Allocation within the Same Department.
7. Authorize City Manager to Sign Agreement of Professional Services between the City of Calexico and United Environmental, Inc. in the Amount of $93,000.00 for Demolition and Asbestos Abatement Services at 311 Cesar Chavez Boulevard
8. Renovations to Calexico Fire Station No. 2.
a) Authorize the City Manager to Sign Change Order No. 15 and 16 with A&N Quality Builders in the Amount of $24,956.00 for Renovations to Calexico Fire Station No. 2. b) Adopt Budget Amendment Resolution for Fund No. 255 - American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in the Amount of $35,126.00 for Calexico Fire Station No. 2.
