Recommendation:
Authorize Acting City Manager to sign and file Notice of Completion for Demolition and Asbestos Abatement Services at 311 Cesar Chavez Boulevard.
Background:
On October 22, 2024, the City Council of the City of Calexico authorized the Acting City Manager to sign Agreement of Professional Services between the City of Calexico and Unlimited Environmental, Inc. for Demolition and Asbestos Abatement Services at 311 Cesar Chavez Boulevard.
Discussion and Analysis:
On January 22, 2025, Unlimited Environmental, Inc. completed the demolition and asbestos abatement services at 311 Cesar Chavez Boulevard. Public Works staff is recommending that the City Council of the City of Calexico authorize the Acting City Manager to sign and file a Notice of Completion for said project.

No fiscal impact at this time.
