CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENTS
City Attorney Carlos Campos reported the following: on Item No. 1, on a 4-0 vote, Council Member Tylenda was not present, council voted to appoint Police Chief Armando Orozco as the Interim City Manager effectively immediately; and regarding the City Manager search, the City Council has arrived at a finalist for the City Manager position, and has been authorized to negotiate an employment agreement with the finalist, and the agreement will be coming to the city council for approval in open session.
APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
Motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Legaspi, seconded by Council Member Marquez to approve the agenda. Motion passed unanimously.
PUBLIC COMMENTS AND PUBLIC APPEARANCES: No public comments.
DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ITEMS
ITEM NO. 3 PROPOSED ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2025 TO JUNE 30, 2026.
The following persons provided public comments to council: Maritza Hurtado, and Pat Ureña.
Finance Director provided a presentation and discussion was held.

Motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Legaspi, seconded by Council Member Tylenda to adjourn meeting. Motion passed unanimously.
