SUBJECT: Set a Date, Time and Location within 30 Days for the Capital Improvement Workshop to Identify the City's Priorities, Deadlines and Funding and Post Public Notice.

Recommendation:
The City Manager to propose a date, time and location to have a Capital Improvement Workshop that is within the next 30 days to identify the City's priorities, deadlines and funding, and post the required Public Notice.
Background:
The City Council has been informed that there are approximately 60 Capital Improvement Projects pending, of which some are Grant funded, others Measure D funded, and others a combination of Grants and City match. Grant funded projects have deadlines, some of which are close to expiration and run the risk of being lost. The City Council has been requesting a Capital Improvement Workshop to identify the City's priorities, deadlines and funding, in order to give direction on how to proceed Fiscal Impact:
