CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Legaspi called the open session portion of the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Council Member Marquez led those present in the Pledge of Allegiance.
APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
Motion by Council Member Nuricumbo, seconded by Council Member Marquez to approve the agenda. Motion passed unanimously.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
The following person(s) provided public comments to council: Eugenio Ramos.
Motion by Council Member Nuricumbo, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Calderon to move the public comments portion after the presentation. Motion passed unanimously.
DISCUSSION ITEM
ITEM NO. 1 CALEXICO WEST PORT OF ENTRY: TRAFFIC CIRCULATION PLAN.
Presentation by Public Works Director/City Engineer Villegas and City Manager Martinez. Discussion held by council.
The following person(s) provided public comments to council: Carlos Fonseca, Alexis Rangel, Louis Wong, Alejandro Hernandez, Jonathan Rangel.
David Aguirre from ICTC provided an overview of the project, after which the Council continued its discussion.
Council Member Nuricumbo requested that an additional meeting be scheduled in the near future to allow the Council to take action.
