Public comments will be distributed to the City Council for their consideration and made available for public inspection. Public comments will not be read aloud by the City Clerk during the council meeting. They will be retained for the official record of the City.

NOTE: (Not to Exceed 3 Minutes) This is the time for the public to address the City Council on the Special Agenda Items only. The City Clerk will recognize you and when you come to the microphone, please state your unlawful to disturb or delay the Council meeting with personal or slanderous remarks. Group commentators may be requested to limit their group comments to 15 minutes. The City Council is prohibited by State law from taking action or discussing items not included on the printed agenda. Please direct your questions and comments to the City Council. The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to adjust this time limit based on the number of speakers who wish to address the Mayor and City Council.

Any required announcements or discussion of Closed Session items or actions following the Closed Session will be made in the City Council Chambers, 608 Heber Avenue, Calexico, California.
