Recommendation:
Accept and file Report.
Background:
At the meeting of February 4, 2026, the City Council asked for informational updates on the above-subject items. Due to staff deadline for the submission and publication of the agenda, these reports will be provided to the City Council at today's meeting. Generally, the informational reports will provide the following:
1. City Parks Update - Staff will provide an update on recent improvement efforts in various parks.
Retention Basins - Staff will provide an update on recent improvement efforts in various retention basins.
3. Water Treatment Plant - Staff will provide an update on Clarifiers A & B at the Water Treatment Plant
4. Encampment Cleanups - Staff will provide a report on recent encampment cleanup efforts.
5. CAL OES - Staff will provide an update on storm-related reimbursements.
6. Parks Restrooms and Concessions - Staff will provide on update related to the funding of these projects.
7. Security Camera Installation Project for Parks - Staff will provide an update on this project.
8. Truck routes - Staff will provide an update on this project.
9. Veteran Plaques - Staff will provide an update on this effort post the vandalism incident in 2025.
