Recommendation:
It is recommended that the City Council of the City of Calexico approve the following:
1. Authorize the City Manager to Issue Purchase Order for the Purchase of One (1) 2026 Ford F350 XL 4X4 Crew Cab for the Water Distribution in the Amount of $91,285.66 from Ken Grody Ford.
Background:
The Public Works Department is requesting to purchase one (1) 2026 Ford F350 XL 4X4 Crew Cab to serve as the Water Distribution service truck. The Water Distribution Division currently has one (1) service truck that its lease has expired.
Discussion and Analysis:
City staff obtained the following quotes for one (1) Water Distribution Division service truck:
