Please observe a time limit of 3 minutes when giving your presentation. When called upon, please step forward to the microphone, state your name for the record, whom you represent and any statement you wish to make. Please be advised that you may not defer your 3 minutes to another speaker.

Workshop Session
A lunch break will be taken at Noon
1. Strategic Planning Workshop
Recommendation: That the City Council participate in the strategic planning workshop as facilitated by Jacob Green and Associates.
2. Site Visit - 1055 Calimesa Blvd, Calimesa
Recommendation: City Council will adjourn the Special Meeting following the conclusion of Strategic Planning Item No. 1 and reconvene for a tour of the future city hall building located at 1055 Calimesa Blvd., Calimesa.
