Rove agreed to the removal of the noted scope of work from the contract, and also provided reduction in the related bid amounts in a letter to The Holt Group (THG) and revised cost proposal dated August 5, 2024.
Additionally, Rove requested an addition of 70 calendar days for the delays associated with the Imperial Irrigation District (IID) permit approval for the supply of raw water and the negotiations for the reduction of the scope of work. The letter from The Holt Group dated July 22, and letter from Rove agreeing to removal of scope of work and proposal from Rove for reduced cost proposal for related bid items are attached to this letter.
