7. CONSENT CALENDAR
7.1. Consider adopting a Resolution accepting the FY 20-21 Development Impact Fees Annual Report in Compliance with Assembly Bill 1600.
Consider adopting a Resolution Accepting a Donation from Darlene Leffler for a Memorial Bench and Approving a Budget Adjustment in the Amount of $4,123.
Consider affirming Resolution 2021-071 findings related to the state of emergency due to COVID-19 authorizing the City Manager to continue implementing teleconference accessibility to conduct public meetings pursuant to Assembly Bill 361.
9. GENERAL GOVERNMENT
Presentation on the Audited Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2021, and to receive and file report. *Consider adopting a Resolution Appointing Laura Snideman as City Manager and Approving the Employment Agreement between the City of Calistoga and Laura Snideman.
