7.1. Approve the Minutes of the February 1, 2022, City Council Regular Meeting as submitted.
Consider adopting a Resolution confirming appointment of Stephanie Allan to the Napa County Library Commission.
Consider adopting a Resolution authorizing support of the proposed North Bay Aqueduct Alternate Intake Project (also known as Water +)and determining the actions authorized by this Resolution will be subject to future CEQA analysis.
9. GENERAL GOVERNMENT
Annual progress report (APR) on the City’s status and progress in meeting its adopted Housing Element (5th Cycle) goals and the Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) targets. (Government Code Section 65400.)
Consider adopting a Resolution establishing a Council subcommittee for the purpose City Council Minutes

of developing guidelines and recommending the distribution of funds to encourage economic diversity in Calistoga.
