Consider adopting a Resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement No. 858 with AECOM to Provide Planning, Environmental and Preliminary Engineering Services for the Dunaweal Pump Station Replacement Project in an amount not to exceed $457,500 and authorizing staff to submit a City Council Minutes
September 6, 2022
Revised Local Match Fund Commitment Letter to California Office of Emergency Services in the amount up to $1,800,000.

Consider adopting a Resolution that authorizes the City Manager to execute Amendment Number 1 to Project Specific Maintenance Agreements with Cal Trans for maintenance of pathways on the State Highway System. 22-085
Consideration of a Resolution that:
1. Conditionally awards a construction contract for the base bid to Diamond D Construction LLC for the Rancho De Calistoga Sewer Line Bank Stabilization Project (Project) in the amount of $107,453.00, subject to Diamond D Construction LLC providing all documents in satisfaction of the bid award requirements. 2. Approves the Project construction budget in the amount of $125,000 which includes the base bid of $107,453 and a contingency of 16% for construction management and inspections and authorizes the Public Works Director to negotiate and approve contract change orders up to the approved construction budget amount. 3. Authorizes the City Manager to execute the Project contract on behalf of the City of Calistoga. 4.
Directs staff to issue a notice of award to Diamond D Construction LLC and otherwise administer the Project. 5. In the event Diamond D Construction LLC is unable to meet the conditions of award, awards the construction contract to REGE Construction Inc. conditioned upon REGE Construction Inc. providing all documents in satisfaction of the bid award requirements.

Consider adopting a Resolution that authorizes the City Manager to execute a purchase order with Pacific Tree Care Inc., in an amount not to exceed $192,500 and authorize a budget adjustment in the amount of $53,250 for Mt. Washington Vegetation Removal/Fire Hazard Mitigation Project.
