*Consider adopting a Resolution (Attachment 1) approving (i) a Final Map (Attachment 2) to create 13 single-family residential estate lots, 20 residential villa lots, 3 resort lots and 7 forest reserve parcels on approximately 100.8+/- acres at 515 Foothill Boulevard (011-310-031 through 011-310-041 and 011-310-044; 011-320- 007; 011-320-039 through 011-320-069; and 011-310-024); and (ii) a First Amendment to On-Site Remediation and Reimbursement Agreement (Attachment 3) to provide security for Developer’s obligation to pay On-Site Remediation Costs incurred by City.
