8. PUBLIC HEARING
Consideration of 1) Resolution for formation of City of Calistoga Community Facility District (CFD) No. 2022-1 (Fairgrounds Acquisition and Maintenance) to finance public services and the acquisition and construction of certain public facilities; 2) Resolution determining necessity to incur bonded indebtedness for No. CFD 2022-1, and 3) Resolution calling a special election for No. CFD 2022-1. In addition, to approve a resolution approving an argument in favor of the CFD special tax measure that would be submitted to the voters on behalf of the entire City Council. 22-128

Consideration of proposed amendments to the Calistoga Municipal Code to include new regulations governing the use of reusable and disposable foodware to encourage waste reduction within the City of Calistoga (City).
