Mayor Williams called the regular session to order at 6:01 p.m .

ORAL COMMUNICATION ON CONSENT ITEMS OR NON-AGENDA ITEMS Public comment was made by Ms. Tedeschi, Steven Pinsky, Kim, Wyatt Ferris, Molly, Charlie Sakai, Buster Davis, Sally Hal, Maryanne Salinger, Luis, Bill Squire, Doug Hitt, Kyle Villa, Anna Guzman and various others who did not state their name.
C. GENERALGOVERNMENT
1. City Council Priority #3C Regarding Community Input on the Fairgrounds.
This item was presented by Fairgrounds Director Sheli Wright and discussed by the Council.
Public comment was made by Dana Cole, Ruth Rodriguez, Ms. Bautista, Mr. Robles, Wyatt Ferris, Maryanne, Brian Maloney, Mr. Kirkendell, Maryanne Salinger, Francis Tedeschi, Doug Allen, Charlotte Williams, Donna Higgins, Tim Reilly, Marcia Beecham, Rob Serini, Lana Richardson, Aaron W. Lorie P.
A motion was made by Councilmember Eisenberg directing staff to obtain a statistically valid survey as quickly as possible to help Council make the most informed decision, not to exclude any other method of obtaining information, seconded by Councilmember Cooper.

A motion was made by Councilmember Gift directing staff to work in tandem with our local volunteer agencies to set up bilingual input tables and provide a suggestion box, seconded by Vice Mayor Lopez-Ortega.

A motion was made by Mayor Williams to adopt the Fee Schedule, seconded by Vice Mayor Lopez-Ortega.

Fairgrounds RV Park - Repairs, Staffing, and Additional Discussion Topics Related to Reopening.
This item was presented by Fairgrounds Director Sheli Wright and discussed by the Council.
Public comment was made by Dom Tallerico, Maryanne Salinger, Charlotte Williams, Doug Allen, Mr. Reilly, Lauren, Wyatt Ferris, Cindy Yant, Mr. Serini, Zach A. and Tim Moore.
A motion was made by Mayor Williams to move forward with option A to open the RV Park, with the addition of a rental time limit of 14 nights max and 7 days between reservations per renter, seconded by Councilmember Cooper.

Calistoga Speedway - Necessary Repairs and Use of the Race Track This item was presented by Fairgrounds Director Sheli Wright and discussed by Council Public comment was made by Dom Tallerico, Ken Flynn, Robert Ziski, Zach A., Maryanne, Doug Allen, Cindy Yant, Lauren, Wyatt Ferris, Scott Atkinson, Emily Panovich, Brian Mahoney, Kyle Villa, Charlotte Williams, Viri Agapoff, Tony Barrera and Mike Griffin.
A motion was made by Mayor Williams directing staff to pursue a short term contract with HMC promotions for 2025 Races, to including grandstand repair, a limited amount of race weekends and a curfew, seconded by Councilmember Gift.

Consideration of a Resolution Awarding a Contract to Modern Method Roofing Co .. Inc. in the amount of $129,027 for roof replacement for the Butler Building and authorizing the City Manager to execute the contract.
This item was presented by Fairgrounds Director Sheli Wright and discussed by Council.
Public comment was made by Ms. Butler, Cindy Yant and Wyatt Ferris.
A motion was made by Councilmember Gift to award the contract with a 10% contingency and the use of Fund 10 (as opposed to the General Fund), seconded by Vice Mayor Lopez-Ortega.
