Mayor Williams called the regular session to order at 6:01 p.m.
Present: Mayor Williams, Vice Mayor Lopez Ortega and Councilmember Eisenberg, Cooper and Gift.

1. Adoption of Resolution No. 2024-93 - Declaration of the Final Results of the November 5, 2024, General Municipal Election as reported by the Napa County Registrar of Voters. Motion Carried.
2. AYES: Mayor Williams, Vice Mayor Lopez Ortega and Councilmembers Eisenberg, Cooper and Gift

Administering Oaths of Office to the Elected Mayor and Two Councilmembers.
Mayor Williams, Vice Mayor Lopez Ortega and Councilmember Gift took their Oath of Office as newly elected Councilmembers.
3. Appointing a Councilmember to Serve as Vice Mayor.
The Council discussed future possibilities for the Vice Mayor roll appointment. There was no public comment.
Mayor Williams nominated Vice Mayor Lopez-Ortega to continue in the roll of Vice Mayor, seconded by Councilmember Cooper. Motion Carried.

4. Adoption of Resolution No. 2024-94 - Establishing the 2025 City Council Meeting Schedule.
There was public comment by Wyatt Ferris, Rob Serini and Aaron Heth. Council discussed the item.

Motion by Mayor Williams to adopt the triweekly 2025 Meeting Schedule as presented, seconded by Councilmember Scott. Motion Carried.
AYES: Mayor Williams and Councilmembers Cooper and Eisenberg NOES: Vice Mayor Lopez Ortega and Councilmember Gift

5. Adoption of Resolution No. 2024-95 - Confirming the Mayor's Appointments of Councilmembers to Various Boards and Committees.
Councilmember Eisenberg made a motion to confirm the appointments, seconded by Mayor Williams. Motion Carried.
A YES: Mayor Williams, Vice Mayor Lopez-Ortega and Councilmembers Eisenberg, Cooper and Gift.
