Mayor Williams called the session to order at 4:02 p.m.
Present: Mayor Williams, Vice Mayor Lopez-Ortega and Councilmember Eisenberg, Cooper and Gift.

3. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION ON THE FOLLOWING MATTER:
3.1. Conference with Real Property Negotiators
Government Code § 54956.8
Property: The Cropp Building, including a path of travel, and use of the common areas at the Calistoga Fairgrounds property at 1435 North Oak Street.
Agency Negotiator: Laura Snideman, City Manager
Negotiating Parties: Calistoga Arts Center, Maureen O’Neil and Babbette Pinsky, Directors Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Payment
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Williams adjourned the meeting at 4:51 p.m.
