Councilmember Eisenberg attended an NVTA meeting. He was pleased to learn that a local, John Gleazer, found a vehicle that was compatible with the grant to buy a handicapable all-electric shuttle that fits through our mobile home park. Also, the Climate Action Committee will be launching a program to reduce greenhouse gases. In August, it will be open to public comment, the location will be disclosed soon and he encourages the public to provide comments.

Vice Mayor Lopez-Ortega attended the Flood Control and Water Conservation District; there is not too much to report from those meetings.

Councilmember Gift attended the hydrogen conference in Sacramento and spoke about the City's position on the clean energy front. Mentis has announced their suicide prevention council conference Sept 17, 2:30pm-8:30pm in Yountville, and she is honored to be the keynote speaker.

Councilmember Gift requested items for a future agenda: 1. The FG Advisory Committee Schedule and possibly moving their meeting time to 6 pm. 2. Creating an oversight committee to oversee the survey and help with the questions, and 3. Discussing expanding the survey to reach residents outside the City limits. There was Council support for items 1 and 3.

Mayor Williams attended NVT A meeting and brought back some statistics: traffic in Napa County in the last 5 years has remained about the same, although remote work has gone from 5% to 12% in the last 5 years. He also attended 2 meetings of the NVTC. The visitor numbers in the first 5 months of this year are about the same as last year. The average room rate in Calistoga is about $500 a night, which is higher than the County Average of $400. He also attended a Green Committee meeting.

10. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Williams adjourned the meeting at 7:14 p.m.
