Subject: Investment Reports for October 2023
BACKGROUND
Pursuant to the City’s Investment Policy, each month’s investment reports are reviewed by the Investment Committee and then presented to the City Council for information.
DISCUSSION
The investment reports were reviewed by the Investment Committee on November 14, 2023, and are presented to the City Council for information.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no budget impact as a result of this action.
CEQA DETERMINATIONS
City staff has determined, in accordance with Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, that these reports are not subject to CEQA review because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that these reports may have a significant effect on the environment.
RECOMMENDATION
Receive and file reports.
