A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING WARRANTY SECURITIES
FOR STORM DRAIN INFRASTRUCTURE REPAIR – LA
MARINA STORM DITCH - PROJECT NO. SD-5116
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On September 28, 2022, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted public improvements for Storm Drain Infrastructure Repair – La Marina Storm Ditch – Project No. SD-5116.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required maintenance period.
SECTION 2:Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, Performance/Payment Bonds No. 107-535-656 in the amount of $108,900 are exonerated.
SECTION 3:The Public Works Department is authorized to return the bonds noted in Section 2 to the contractor.
