RE: RPD-201 Moderate Income Affordable Housing Traffic Mitigation Fee Exemption Dear City of Camarillo,
This letter is submitted as a request to exempt 20 Moderate Income Restricted rental units from the Traffic Mitigation Fee for RPD-201. The project consists of 385 total rental apartments. A total of 20 apartments will be restricted to Very Low Income residents, and 20 apartments will be restricted to Moderate Income residents. These restrictions are required to be no less than 55 years, as outlined in the Affordable Housing Regulatory Agreement, recorded January 12, 2023.
The exemption is consistent with the City's goals of achieving affordable housing at all affordability levels.
