RESOLUTION NO. 2024-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO APPROVING THE FINAL PAY ESTIMATE
AND ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR ANNUAL
OVERLAY – PROJECT NO. ST-5023
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On March 22, 2023, a contract was executed by Toro Enterprises, Inc., for Annual Overlay – Project No. ST-5023.
B. Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America,
Performance/Payment Bonds No. 107721598 in the amount of $3,272,556 was posted to guarantee completion of said improvements and to guarantee improvements for the required maintenance period.
C. The City Engineer has recommended acceptance of said improvements.
SECTION 2:Final Pay Estimate No. 7 is approved and improvements under ST-5023 are accepted and shall be included in the appropriate city system.
SECTION 3:The Mayor is authorized to sign a Notice of Completion, and the City Clerk is directed to record said Notice in the office of the Ventura County Recorder.
