smartphones are an integral part of our lives. But here in The Grove no bars are the norm.
And since The Grove is a 55+ community, for safety and
medical issues, it seems imperative that our cell coverage be improved.

Comments The new The Grove 55+ Housing development by Shea Homes in Camarillo has had inappropriate cell phone service coverage from the initial building of this new development. It is not safe if there is an Emergency due to the consistent dropping of calls and inability to make calls, receive calls and delayed message receiving. We have T-Mobile and there's no phone or data reception at all in most of our community.
In my house there is no connection at all. the only place I could find some connection which is very little is by our community center next to the pool.
Speaking to other homeowners that have AT&t and Verizon they have the same issues.
Please help. I feel that I have moved into a home in a third world country.

Comments We moved to the Grove development in May 2023. We were disappointed to learn that we had little to no cell signal inside our home. We have to depend on a Wi-Fi connection in order to make calls. Not only that any visiting friends, family, delivery persons or workers have to logon to our Wi-Fi just to make a simple call. We are in support of a cell tower to increase coverage to our home.

Comments I am a member of The Grove. We are the newest community in Camarillo. We have horrible phone coverage because of the lack of cell phone coverage. Calls are dropped left and right when we are outside. In my house, I have to connect to my fiber WiFi network to make phone calls. We have lived in NC, Oregon, and made several cross country trips. We have never had such poor cellular coverage. It is a safety danger for residents of our community. I feel Camarillo is a lovely community but they need to rectify our lack of cell-phone coverage.
