RESOLUTION NO. 2024-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO ESTABLISHING PARKING RESTRICTIONS
ON CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. Prohibiting parking between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. daily on the City owned properties shown on Exhibits A through F, attached hereby to this resolution, will promote public safety.
B. City Vehicles and other vehicles displaying a placard authorized by the City are exempt from this parking restriction.
SECTION 2:Any portion of any previous resolution in conflict with this resolution is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3:The Department of Public Works is directed to install appropriate signs and pavement markings advising motorists of this order.
