RESOLUTION NO. 2024-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO ESTABLISHING A PARKING
RESTRICTION AT 1326 DEL NORTE ROAD
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. Prohibiting parking on the south side of Del Norte Road between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. daily, 370 feet southwest of the curb prolongation of Central Avenue for a distance of 395 feet will improve driveway visibility and be in the best interest of the public.
SECTION 2:Any portion of any previous resolution in conflict with this resolution is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3:The Department of Public Works is directed to install appropriate signs advising motorists of this order.
