Item Number or Subject Phillip Hall Encroachment Appeal Position Support
Comments I support completely the appeal of the Halls to be granted in what should be a straight forward Encroachment Permit. In reviewing the totality of the 2-yr interaction you too should question the process, the lack of providing the code language tracking the requested actions, and even now the transparency lacking in the city documents. Common sense and consistency in applying the rules for the Hall's property should have settled this long ago. And now the requirement for an excessive insurance coverage, appears to be retaliatory and not
consistently applied to other residential properties in what is our walled city. Ask those questions, acknowledge mistakes and issue the permit in the interest of fairness. Thank you.
