AGREEMENT NO. 2022-16A
FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
This First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement No. 2022-16 (Amendment) effective date of August 22, 2022, is entered into between the City of Camarillo, a general law city (City) and Kasraie Consulting, a Sole Proprietorship (Consultant), collectively referred to as the Parties.
Recitals.
A. The parties have entered into a written agreement entitled “Professional Services Agreement Number 2022-16” having an effective date of March 9, 2022 (Agreement) to provide for certain professional services in the amount of $55,435 as outlined in Exhibit A of Agreement from Consultant.
B. All capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
C. The parties desire to modify the scope of work in accordance with Section
3.3 of the Agreement.
Section 1. Amendment. The Agreement is amended to add the following:

amended to add the following:
Provide additional professional services in the amount of $8,055 as included in the proposal dated August 22, 2022, to provide additional work for additional project
management support services for the Pavement
Management Program update. See attached Exhibit A,
Scope of Services.
Section 2. Compensation and Payment. First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement is for a not-to-exceed amount of $8,055 for services provided in proposal dated August 22, 2022, for a total agreement amount of $63,490.
Section 3. Continuation of Terms of Agreement. Except as expressly modified by the terms and provisions of this document, the remaining terms and provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES of the Parties have caused this First Amendment to Agreement No. 2022-16 to be executed as of the Effective Date.

TASK B – STREETSAVER SECTION LINKS
PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM UPDATE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 2022-16
Dear Mr. Campero (James):
Thank you for opportunity to assist the City of Camarillo with the Pavement Management Program Update project.
Due to some critical database issues that we have encountered, additional time and effort will be required outside of the current scope of work in order for us to complete the project.
Therefore, we respectfully request a contract amendement in the amount of $8,055 for the additional effort.
SCOPE OF WORK
The proposed scope of work for the additional effort is provided as Part A and Part B below:
PART A - Additional 16 hours over the contract time:
1. Assessment of Local Roads, which was not part of the scope of work.
2. Functional Classification verification and proposed corrections for all road segments.
3. StreetSaver comparison and evaluation with City Centerline file.
PART B - Proposed Updates Workflow – Additional 40 hours over the contract time:
1. Update StreetSaver Section ID, Begin Location, and End Location to match StreetSaver road segment information.
2. Upload revised data to StreetSaver.
3.Run the Auto Link function within StreetSaver to create the connection with StreetSaver Road Segments.
Please note certain GIS tasks may be required at a future date to complete the mapping elements of the project. A proposal and scope of work will be provided should the City decide that additional services are warranted.
