AGREEMENT NO. 2023-51A
AMENDMENT TO MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
SPECIFICATION NO MC-2023-4
This Amendment to Agreement No. 2023-51 (Amendment) is entered into between the City of Camarillo, a California general law city and municipal corporation (City), and United Storm Water Inc., a California corporation (Contractor), collectively referred to as the Parties. The effective date of this Amendment is December 15, 2023.
RECITALS
A. On September 13, 2023, the City Council approved Maintenance Contract 2023- 51 with United Storm Water, Inc. for ditch, culvert, and detention basin maintenance in the amount of $79,512. The Parties entered into a written agreement entitled Maintenance Contract, Specification No. MC-2023-4, Ditch, Culvert, and Detention Maintenance Agreement No. 2023- 51A effective September 13, 2023 (Agreement).
B. The Parties desire to modify the Scope of Work in accordance with Section 16.5 of the Agreement.
C. All capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
Section 1. Amendment. The Agreement is amended to add the following:
A. Clean debris in storm drain channel located at the end of Cervato Drive and dispose of collected materials per attached Exhibit A.
The additional work is anticipated to be completed by December 31, 2023.
Section 2. Compensation and Payment. This Amendment is for a not-to-exceed amount of $4,490.40, for a total agreement amount of $84,002.40.
Section 3. Continuation of Terms of Agreement. Except as expressly modified by the terms and provisions of this document, the remaining terms and provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.

THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES of the Parties have caused this Amendment, Agreement No. 2023-51A, to be executed as of the Effective Date.
