To receive an allocation for FY 2024/25, the Action Plan must be submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) within 60 days after the City has been notified of its annual allocation amount, but in no event later than August 16, 2024.

DISCUSSION
Anticipated Funding
HUD has yet to release the FY 2024/25 CDBG entitlement allocation. Due to on-going federal budget delays, the release of these allocations may be delayed for several months. In accordance with HUD’s direction, the City has proceeded with the development of the FY 2024/25 Action Plan using estimates based on the FY 2023-2024 entitlement allocation, which amounted to $332,793. The CDBG program has $82,830 in prior year unallocated funds which will be included in the Action Plan for a total available funding of $415,623. Once the actual allocation for FY 2024/25 CDBG funds is
