A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING WARRANTY SECURITIES FOR
THE CAMARILLO RANCH HOUSE SEWER LINE
REPLACEMENT, AS-2022-17
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On May 10, 2023, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted the public improvements for Camarillo Ranch House Sewer Line Replacement, AS-2022-17, by J & H Engineering General Contractors, Inc.
B. Warranty securities have remained posted for the required one-year maintenance period.
SECTION 2:The Great American Insurance Company Performance/Payment Bond No. 4532206 in the amount of $129,370.86 are exonerated.
SECTION 3:The Assistant Director of Administrative Services is authorized to return the Bond security listed in Section 2, above.
