RESOLUTION NO. 2024-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMARILLO EXONERATING SECURITES FOR TENTATIVE
TRACT 5671 STOCKPILE GRADING LENNAR HOMES
The City Council of the City of Camarillo resolves as follows:
SECTION 1:The City Council of the City of Camarillo finds and declares as follows:
A. On August 26, 2020, the City Council of the City of Camarillo accepted agreements and securities for TT-5671 Stockpile Grading.
B. On January 5, 2021, Lennar Homes purchased TT-5671 Phase II from Ran Associates and on April 21, 2021, the security and agreements received from Ran Associates with Resolution 2020-121 were substituted with securities and agreements from Lennar Homes.
C. Stockpile Grading has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and the securities have remained posted for the required period.
SECTION 2:The recitals set forth above are true and correct.
SECTION 3:RLI Insurance Company Faithful Performance/Labor and Materials Bonds No. CMS0342931 in the amount of $360,000 for stockpile grading is exonerated.
SECTION 4:The Public Works Department is authorized to return the securities listed in Section 3 to the developer.
